The Cape Codder (or Cape Cod cocktail) is simply the more official–and cute–name for a vodka-cranberry. It’s a simple, classic cocktail that can be ordered in any bar and is one of our faves as far as 2-ingredient-cocktails go.
And no tools necessary for this drink! Simply pour vodka and cranberry juice into a glass and serve. If you want to go the extra mile (like we so often do) you can add a splash of lime juice and garnish with a lime wedge. Not only does the acid from the lime juice brighten up the drink, but we think red and green are pretty gorgeous together.
